With more than 25 years of sales, operational, and management experience, Nancy Clauss has developed a sharp eye for how businesses can get bloated with inefficiencies, lack of direction, and miscommunication — and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, more strategically focused organization.
As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful consulting business, she also empathetically helps other business owners set priorities, create marketing plans, develop employees, and create the balance they want between life and work.
Nancy’s experience includes employment with, and business owner of, distribution, service and manufacturing businesses. These seemingly disparate businesses all have a common theme: With Nancy’s contribution, they grew from companies that earned less than a million annually to multimillion-dollar entities within a short period of time. Her efforts also extend to her volunteer work; Nancy was instrumental in spearheading the effort that raised $750,000 in cash and donations in less than a year to build Box Canyon Park in Yorba Linda 12 years ago.
Nancy’s consulting clients have ranged from manufacturing firms to retail stores, singing groups to contracting firms, to bookkeepers and more. Most have fifteen or fewer employees and up to $3 million in annual sales. In other words, Nancy’s tools and methods are applicable to a wide variety of organizations.
